摘要
目的分析语言功能训练治疗脑卒中失语患者的临床效果.方法选择该院2017年1月—2020年1月收治的脑卒中失语患者240例为研究对象,依据掷硬币法将患者分为对照组与观察组,各120例.对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在此基础上采用语言功能训练.观察两组患者治疗后的语言能力评分与临床疗效.结果治疗前,两组患者语言能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者听理解力、语言表达、阅读能力以及书写能力得分均高于对照组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者的治疗总有效率为98.3%,高于对照组患者的89.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论治疗脑卒中失语患者时应用语言功能训练的临床效果显著,能有效提高患者语言能力,改善临床症状,具有重要临床应用价值,值得推广.
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of language function training in the treatment of stroke patients with aphasia.Methods 240 cases of stroke aphasia patients admitted to this hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the coin toss method.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group used language function training on this basis.The language ability scores after treatment and the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients were observed.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups of patients'language ability scores(P>0.05);after treatment,the observation group's listening comprehension,language expression,reading ability and writing ability scores were higher than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 98.3%,which was higher than 89.2%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of language function training in the treatment of stroke patients with aphasia has significant clinical effects,which can effectively improve patients'language ability and improve clinical symptoms.It has important clinical application value and is worthy of promotion.
