摘要
目的 分析探究踝关节骨折患者采用手术及康复治疗的效果.方法 选取河东区人民医院2019年1月—2020年1月收治的踝关节骨折患者84例为研究的对象,按随机数字表法分成两组,其中对照组42例采取"纯钛金属板+螺钉"内固定手术治疗,观察组在此基础上配合康复治疗,比较两组治疗效果.结果 观察组治疗优良率为95.24%,高于对照组的71.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组平均住院时间明显短于对照组,APFAS踝-后足功能评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的术后并发症发生率为4.76%,低于对照组的19.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 踝关节骨折手术患者配合康复治疗,可保证手术预后效果,缩短住院时间,改善踝关节功能,并降低术后并发症发生率,值得应用.
Objective To analyze and explore the effects of surgery and rehabilitation for patients with ankle fractures.Methods 84 patients with ankle fracture who were admitted to Hedong District People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the subjects of the study.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.Among them,42 cases in the control group were treated with"pure titanium metal plate+screw"internal fixation operation,and the observation group was combined with rehabilitation treatment on this basis.The treatment effects of the two groups were further compared.Results The excellent and good rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.24%,which was higher than 71.43%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average hospital stay of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the APFAS ankle-hindfoot function score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate of the observation group was 4.76%,which was lower than that of the control group,19.05%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation of patients undergoing ankle fracture surgery can ensure the prognosis of the operation,shorten the hospital stay,improve the ankle function,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.It is worthy of application.
