摘要
目的探讨情志护理与康复护理对脑梗死患者不良情绪及护理依从性的影响.方法选取2017年1月—2019年12月河北省秦皇岛市笫一医院收治的110例脑梗死患者作为研究对象进行随机分组研究,将110例选取对象按照随机原则分成观察组和对照组,各55例.对照组行常规护理,观察组给予情志护理和康复护理相结合的护理措施,观察两组患者护理前后不良情绪变化及对护理依从性的认可情况.结果两组护理前汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、抑郁量表(HAMD)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后观察组HAMA评分(5.49±0.71)分低于对照组的(13.29±1.98)分,观察组HAMD评分(6.13±0.59)分低于对照组的(12.38±1.77)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前两组护理依从性评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后观察组护理依从性评分(11.49±1.36)分明显高于对照组的(9.15±0.87)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论情志护理与康复护理结合能够明显减轻脑梗死患者不良情绪,提高护理依从性,有助于患者病情恢复.
Objective To explore the effects of emotional care and rehabilitation care on the adverse mood and nursing compliance of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 110 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the First the Hospital in Qinhuangdao City from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects for randomized grouping study.They were divided into an observation groups and a control group according to random principles,with 55 cases in each group.The control group received the routine care,the observation group was given the combination of emotional care and rehabilitation care.The adverse mood changes before and after the care of the two groups of patients and the recognition of nursing compliance were observed.Results The differences in the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)scores between the two groups before nursing were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After nursing,the HAMA score(5.49±0.71)points of the observation group was lower than(13.29±1.98)points of the control group,and the HAMD score(6.13±0.59)points of the observation group was lower than(12.38±1.77)points of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference in nursing compliance score between the two groups before nursing was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After nursing,the nursing compliance score(11.49±1.36)points of the observation group was significantly higher than(9.15±0.87)points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of emotional care and rehabilitation care can significantly reduce the bad mood of patients with cerebral infarction,improve nursing compliance,and help patients recover from the disease.
