摘要
目的探究药物治疗联合康复理疗运用于骨质疏松患者治疗中的临床价值.方法对2018年5月—2020年2月莒县果庄镇卫生院收治的74例骨质疏松患者开展项目研究,选取分组方式是抛硬币法,各组别最终入组37例,试验组选择药物治疗干预叠加康复理疗,参照组选择单纯药物治疗,比较治疗前和治疗1个疗程后的疼痛程度及骨密度T值检测结果、调查康复满意率.结果两组治疗前疼痛程度对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组干预1个疗程后疼痛程度低于治疗前和参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组治疗前骨密度T值检测结果≥-2.5占比率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组治疗1个疗程后骨密度T值检测结果≥-2.5占比率高于治疗前和参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组康复满意率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论为骨质疏松患者使用药物治疗联合康复理疗表现出更好的临床效果.
Objective To explore the clinical value of drug therapy combined with rehabilitation physical therapy in the treatment of osteoporosis patients.Methods 74 cases of osteoporosis patients treated in Health Center of Guozhuang Town from May 2018 to February 2020 were analyzed for the project,and the grouping method was coin tossing.Each group was finally enrolled in 37 cases.The experimental group chose drug therapy combined with rehabilitation physical therapy,and the reference group chose drug therapy alone.The pain degree and bone mineral density T-score test results before and after the treatment were compared,and the satisfaction rate of the rehabilitation effect was indestigated.Results The difference in the pain degree between the two groups before the treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the experimental group had a lower pain degree after 1 course of treatment than before and the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups before treatment in the ratio of bone mineral density T score≥-2.5 was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment for 1 course of treatment,the ratio of bone mineral density T score≥-2.5 in the experimental group was higher than before and the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of drug therapy combined with rehabilitation physiotherapy for patients with osteoporosis shows better clinical effects.
