摘要
目的 研究综合护理干预对脑出血患者术后神经功能康复的效果.方法 选取2018年1月—2020年1月该院收治的86例脑出血术后康复患者为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,各43例,对照组实施常规护理,实验组实施综合护理干预,对比患者临床护理效果、护理后Barthel指数及NIHSS评分,同时对比患者护理前后生活质量.结果 实验组患者临床护理效果显著好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且实验组患者护理后Barthel指数及NIHSS评分对比均好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组患者护理前生活质量评分差异无统计学(P>0.05);护理后生活质量评分对比,实验组显著好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 综合护理干预对脑出血患者术后神经功能康复效果显著,能够明显改善患者护理指标,得到了患者的广泛认可,能够将其应用到临床护理中.
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of neurological function in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 86 patients admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,43 cases in each group.The control group carried out routine nursing,the experimental group carried out comprehensive nursing intervention.The clinical nursing effect,Barthel index and NIHSS score,and the quality of life before and after nursing were compared.Results The clinical nursing effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Barthel index and NIHSS score of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference in the quality of life scores before nursing between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After nursing,the quality of life scores of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention has a remarkable effect on the rehabilitation of neurological function in patients with cerebral hemorrhage,and can obviously improve the nursing index of patients,it has been widely recognized by patients,so it can be applied to clinical nursing.
