摘要
目的 探究对小儿抽动症患者采用激光针配合耳穴及中药治疗的临床效果.方法 该研究60例研究对象均为该院2019年3月—2020年3月收治的小儿抽动症患者,30例进行单纯中药治疗的患者为常规组,另30例在常规组基础上联合激光针配合耳穴治疗的患者为联合组.对比分析患者治疗前后的耶鲁抽动症严重程度量表(YGTSS)评分的变化、治疗效果、治疗前后的中医证候评分差异以及相关症状消失时间差异.结果 在治疗后,联合组患者的YGTSS评分明显低于常规组;治疗的总有效率明显高于常规组;治疗后,在中医证候评分上,联合组明显低于常规组;在短暂性抽动障碍消失时间、慢性运动障碍消失时间以及发声抽动障碍消失时间上,联合组明显短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对小儿抽动症患者采用激光针配合耳穴及中药治疗可以有效帮助改善患者的抽动症严重程度,提高患者的治疗效果,促进临床症状的消失,具有很高的应用价值,值得推广.
Objective To explore the clinical effect of laser acupuncture combined with auricular point and traditional Chinese medicine on children with tic disorder.Methods 60 patients with tic disorder who were treated in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected.30 cases in the conventional group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine,and on this basis,another 30 in the combined group cases were treated with laser acupuncture combined with auricular point.The changes of the Yale tic severity scale(YGTSS)scores,the treatment effect,the difference of TCM syndrome score before and after treatment,and the time difference of related symptoms disappearance of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the YGTSS scores of the patients in the combined group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group.The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group.After treatment,the combined group was significantly lower than the conventional group in the TCM syndrome scores;and the combined group was significantly shorter than the conventional group in the time of the disappearance of transient tic disorder,chronic motor disorder and vocal twitch disorder(P<0.05).Conclusion Laser acupuncture combined with auricular point and traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the severity for children with tic disorder,improve the therapeutic effect and promote the disappearance of clinical symptoms.
