摘要
目的探讨康复训练联合血液透析在肾衰竭患者中的应用效果.方法选择2018年4月—2020年1月肾衰竭患者78例作为对象,随机数字表法分为对照组(n=39)和观察组(n=39).对照组给予血液透析治疗,观察组联合康复训练治疗,两组均完成3个月治疗,比较两组肾功能水平、生化指标水平.结果两组治疗后16周肾功能Scr、BUN水平低于治疗前(P<0.05);Ccr水平高于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组治疗后16周肾功能Scr、BUN水平低于对照组(P<0.05);Ccr水平高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后16周Cys-C、24 h UPQ水平低于治疗前(P<0.05);Hb、Alb水平高于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组治疗后16周Cys-C、24 h UPQ水平低于对照组(P<0.05);Hb、Alb水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后16周康复锻炼、定期复查、遵医治疗、健康指导及饮食干预依从性均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论康复训练联合血液透析用于肾衰竭患者中能提高患者肾功能水平,可改善患者生化指标水平.
Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation training combined with hemodialysis in patients with renal failure.Methods 78 patients with renal failure from April 2018 to January 2020 were selected as subjects.The random number table method was divided into a control group(n=39)and an observation group(n=39).The control group was given hemodialysis treatment,and the observation group was combined with rehabilitation training.Both groups completed 3 months of treatment and compared the levels of renal function and biochemical indexes between the two groups.Results The levels of Scr and BUN in renal function of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);the levels of Ccr were higher than before treatment(P<0.05);the levels of Scr and BUN in the observation group were lower than those of the control group after 16 weeks(P<0.05);the Ccr levels in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05);Cys-C and 24h UPQ levels of 16 weeks after treatment in both groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05);Hb and Alb levels were higher than before treatment(P<0.05);Cys-C and 24h UPQ levels of observation group were lower than those of control group at 16 weeks after treatment(P<0.05);Hb and Alb levels in the observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05);the observation group’s recovered after 16 weeks intervention,the rehabilitation exercise,regular review,medical treatment,health guidance,and dietary intervention compliance were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation training combined with hemodialysis in patients with renal failure can improve the level of renal function and the level of biochemical indicators of patients.
