摘要
目的推敲综合康复疗法治疗2型糖尿病的疗效.方法抽样调查2019年3—12月该院接收救治的80例2型糖尿病患者开展探究活动,以临床治疗方案为中心实施分组,分别给予常规药物治疗、常规药物治疗+综合康复疗法等治疗,以实现两组临床疗效对照的目的.结果对照组治疗后的多食、多饮、多尿等症状改善率分别是83.78%、82.35%与80.56%,观察组分别是94.44%、100.00%与97.37%,组间数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).对照组治疗前的BMI、2 hPBG、体重、HbAlc、FBG等指标于观察组数据而言,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).两组治疗后的BMI、2 hPBG、体重、HbAlc、FBG等指标的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论综合康复疗法治疗2型糖尿病的疗效较理想.
Objective To consider the efficacy of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy for diabetes mellitus type 2(T2DM).Methods A sample survey of 80 patients with T2DM admitted to the hospital from March to December 2019 was carried out exploration activities and carried out grouping based on clinical treatment programs,giving conventional drug treatment,conventional drug treatment+comprehensive rehabilitation therapy,etc.,In order to achieve the purpose of clinical efficacy comparison between the two groups.Results After treatment,the improvement rates of polyphagia,polydipsia,and polyuria in the control group were 83.78%,82.35%,and 80.56%,and those in the observation group were 94.44%,100.00%,and 97.37%.the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The BMI,2hPBG,body weight,HbAlc,FBG and other indicators of the control group before treatment were not statistically significant for the observation group data(P>0.05).The differences in BMI,2 hPBG,body weight,HbAlc,FBG and other indicators after treatment between the two groups the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy is ideal for the treatment of T2DM.
