引导式教育对小儿精神发育迟滞康复治疗的作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究引导式教育模式在小儿精神发育迟滞康复过程中的治疗作用情况.方法选取该院2017年2月—2019年12月收住入院的精神发育迟滞患儿48例作为该次研究的研究对象,按照康复治疗方式不同将入院的患儿随机分成观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规的康复治疗方式进行治疗,观察组采用引导式教育进行治疗,比较两组患儿的适应性发育商(DQ)及临床治疗效果.结果观察组患儿的适应性发育商(DQ)及临床治疗效果比较均较对照组康复治疗显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论引导式教育的康复治疗方式对提高精神发育迟滞的患儿在适应性发育商(DQ)及临床治疗具有显著效果,值得在临床上进一步推广使用. Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of guided education mode in the rehabilitation of children with mental retardation.Methods 48 patients with mental retardation admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the study objects.According to different rehabilitation treatment methods,the children admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation treatment methods,and the observation group was treated with guided education to compare the adaptability of the two groups Comparison of DQ,IQ and clinical treatment effect.Results The difference of adaptive development quotient(DQ)and clinical treatment effect in the observation group was statistically significant compared with that in the control group,the difference was statistically(P<0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation therapy of guiding education has significant effect on improving the adaptability development quotient(DQ),intelligence quotient(IQ)and clinical treatment effect of children with mental retardation,which is worthy of further promotion and application in clinic.
