摘要
目的分析评价风湿关节炎、腰腿疼患者采用针灸理疗结合康复护理处理的临床效果.方法该次将该院于2018年2月—2019年1月收治的80例风湿关节炎、腰腿疼患者作为研究的对象,分成两组,其中对照组40例采取针灸理疗方法,观察组40例则采取针灸理疗联合康复护理处理,进一步对两组康复护理效果进行比较.结果(1)在血沉、C反应蛋白两项指标水平方面,护理前两组比较均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察者均明显要比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).(2)在康复护理QOL生活质量指标评分方面,护理后观察组评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在临床中,针对风湿关节炎、腰腿痛患者,采取针灸理疗联合康复护理处理效果显著,可减轻患者的炎症反应,改善患者的生活质量;因此,具备推广及使用的价值.
Objective To analyze and evaluate the clinical effect of acupuncture therapy combined with rehabilitation nursing for patients with rheumatoid arthritis and lumbocrural pain.Methods 80 patients with rheumatoid arthritis and lumbocrural pain who were treated in our hospital from February 2018 to January 2019 were divided into two groups,40 patients in the control group were treated with acupuncture and physical therapy,40 patients in the observation group were treated with acupuncture and physical therapy combined with rehabilitation nursing,and the rehabilitation nursing effects of the two groups were further compared.Results 1.There was no significant difference in ESR and C-reactive protein between the two groups before nursing,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after nursing,the observers were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.In terms of QOL quality of life index scores of rehabilitation nursing,the scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical practice,acupuncture and physical therapy combined with rehabilitation nursing can significantly reduce the inflammatory reaction and improve the quality of life of patients with rheumatoid arthritis and lumbocrural pain.It has the value of promotion and use.
