摘要
目的探讨应用生物力学的矫形鞋垫对于脑瘫伴足外翻儿童患者下肢功能的影响。方法选该院2016年7月—2018年7月进行康复治疗的脑瘫伴足外翻儿童患者30例。随机分为实验组和对照组,两组患儿人数相同。采用常规康复训练对对照组患儿进行治疗,加用生物力学矫形鞋垫对实验组患者进行治疗。比较治疗后两组患者各项运动指标的差异。结果干预后,所有患儿RCSP、BBS评分以及步长与步速均较治疗前有所改善,此外,实验组患儿治疗后各项评分的改善程度较对照组高,差异有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。结论在脑瘫伴足外翻的儿童患者中应用生物力学矫形鞋垫技术效果确切,有较好的临床疗效,可以改善足外翻畸形,平衡功能及步行能力。
Objective To investigate the effect of biomechanical orthopedic insoles on lower limb function in children with cerebral palsy and valgus.Methods 30 patients with cerebral palsy and valgus were enrolled in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 for rehabilitation.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,and the number of patients in the two groups was the same.The patients in the control group were treated with routine rehabilitation training,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with biomechanical orthopedic insoles.The differences in exercise indexes between the two groups after treatment were compared.Results After intervention,the RCSP and BBS scores,as well as the step size and pace of all patients were improved compared with those before treatment.In addition,the improvement of the scores of the experimental group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The biomechanical orthopedic insole technique is effective in children with cerebral palsy and valgus.It has good clinical efficacy and can improve foot valgus deformity,balance function and walking ability.
