摘要
目的分析探究快速康复外科护理对胃肠道手术患者术后康复效果的影响.方法此次研究采取随机盲选法,将2018年5月—2019年6月进入该院接受胃肠道手术治疗的84例患者划分为2组,各组平均为42例;其中,对照组患者实行常规护理,观察组患者实行快速康复外科护理,对比2组患者的术后康复效果及并发症发生率.结果(1)观察组住院时间、切口愈合时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).(2)观察组术后并发症总发生率的4.76%明显低于对照组的21.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论胃肠道手术患者实行快速康复外科护理的效果显著,能明显提高术后康复效果,降低并发症发生率,值得在临床护理领域中使用及推广.
Objective To analyze and explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with gastrointestinal surgery.Methods In this study,84 patients who were admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to June 2019 were divided into two groups,with an average of 42 cases in each group.Tthe patients in the control group were given routine nursing,the patients in the observation group were given rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing,and the postoperative rehabilitation effect and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results 1.the hospitalization time,incision healing time,bowel sound recovery time and anal exhaust time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the data of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 4.76%lower than that in the control group(21.43%).The data of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion the effect of fast rehabilitation surgical nursing for patients with gastrointestinal surgery is significant,which can significantly improve the postoperative rehabilitation effect and reduce the incidence of complications.It is worth using and promoting in the field of clinical nursing.
