摘要
目的对疼痛应激干预护理治疗糖尿病足溃疡的效果进行分析探讨.方法以该院2017年1月—2019年1月收治的122例糖尿病足溃疡患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,对照组61例患者行常规护理,观察组61例患者在常规护理基础上加用疼痛应激干预护理,主要包括解除疼痛源、心理护理、情绪护理及创面护理.对所有患者护理后均行6周随访,对比两组治疗有效率及疼痛情况.结果观察组治疗有效率为100.00%,明显高于对照组的88.52%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组疼痛情况明显轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对糖尿病足溃疡患者加强疼痛应激干预护理,能够有效缓解患者疼痛,提高治疗效果,改善患者的健康与睡眠质量,临床应用价值较高.
Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of pain stress intervention nursing on diabetic foot ulcer.Methods From January 2017 to January 2019,122 patients with diabetic foot ulcer as the research object,which were randomly divided into two groups,control group,61 cases of patients with routine nursing care,observation group of 61 patients on the basis of conventional nursing care plus stress intervention with pain nursing,mainly including relieve the pain source,psychological nursing,emotional care and wound care.All patients were followed up for 6 weeks after nursing,and the treatment efficiency and pain were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%,significantly higher than that of the control group(88.52%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.The pain in the observation group was significantly milder than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion To strengthen the pain stress intervention nursing for diabetic foot ulcer patients can effectively relieve pain,improve the treatment effect,improve the health and sleep quality of patients,clinical application value is high.
