某660MW超超临界褐煤锅炉一次风系统特性分析 被引量:2

摘要 褐煤由于其较高的挥发分、水分和灰分的特点,在煤粉制备过程中存在干燥出力不足等问题,合理的一次风系统对褐煤煤粉制备具有重要意义。针对某660 MW电厂褐煤锅炉一次风系统的一次风加热器、一次风干燥出力以及一次风机并列特性进行了分析,分析表明:一次风加热器可以有效提高锅炉脱硝能力、降低排烟温度,提高锅炉效率;褐煤含水率以及风煤比均对磨煤干燥出力影响较大,风煤比在2~2.5,含水率提高1%,磨煤机入口温度需升高10℃,在大煤量风煤比较低情况下,磨煤机出口温度甚至难以达到设计温度。针对一次风机特性曲线进行分析并得出一次风机并列运行会离风机失速区较近,并提出一次风机的失速防控措施及发生抢风后的并列方法。 Due to its high volatile matter,moisture and ash characteristics,lignite has problems such as insufficient drying output in the preparation of coal powder.Reasonable primary air system is of great significance for the preparation of lignite coal powder.The primary air heater,primary air drying output and parallel performance of the primary air system of a lignite boiler in a 660MW power plant are analysed.The analysis shows that the primary air heater can effectively improve the SCR capacity,reduce the exhaust gas temperature and improve the efficiency of the boiler;the water content and the ratio of wind to coal have a great influence on the grinding and drying output.The ratio of wind to coal is 2~2.5,the water content is increased by 1%,and the inlet temperature of coal mill is increased by 10oC.The analysis of the characteristic curve of the primary fan shows that the parallel operation of the fan is closer to the stall area of the fan,and the prevention and control measures for the stall of the primary fan and the parallel method after the fan stalled.
