退火温度对2.5%Si硅钢组织及磁性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 研究了退火温度对硅质量分数为2.5%的硅钢组织和磁性能的影响规律.结果表明:当退火温度从850℃提高至1050℃时,P1.5/50呈先下降后缓慢上升的趋势,且在950℃时达到最低,P1.0/400呈先下降后上升的趋势,在900℃时达到最低;随着退火温度的升高,有利织构组分强度逐渐降低,磁感B50呈单调递减趋势. The effect of annealing temperature on micro-structure and magnetic properties of nonoriented silicon steel containing 2.5%Si was investigated in this paper.The results showed that,the effect of annealing temperature on magnetic properties is obvious,with the increase of annealing temperature from 850℃to 1050℃,the iron loss P 1.5/50 value is firstly decreased and then increases slightly,and reaches the lowest at 950℃,P 1.0/400 value is firstly decreased and then increased,and reaches the lowest at 900℃.With the increase of annealing temperature,the strength of beneficial texture components decreases gradually,and the magnetic induction B 50 decreases monotonously.
