摘要
鉴于当前大学教育课程知识转变核心能力较弱的问题,该文探讨了旅游管理专业人力资源所需的胜任力,并提出了旅游管理课程改革的建议.分析结果表明,团队合作、工作责任心、沟通能力、人际关系能力和积极思维能力是未来旅游从业人员的主要胜任力.在此基础上,提出旅游课程改革的实践建议,并探讨未来的研究方向.研究结果将为旅游管理专业开发旅游职业核心能力教育课程提供思路,为培养具有竞争力的旅游人力资源提供有用的启示.
In view of the weak core competence of the knowledge transformation of university education curriculum,this paper discusses the competency of human resources in tourism management specialty and puts forward suggestions for the reform of tourism management curriculum.The results show that teamwork,sense of responsibility,communication skills,interpersonal skills and positive thinking ability are the main competencies of future tourism practitioners.On this basis,this paper puts forward some practical suggestions on the reform of tourism curriculum,and discusses the future research direction.The research results will provide ideas for the development of tourism professional core competence education courses for tourism management majors,and provide useful enlightenment for the cultivation of competitive tourism human resources.
