摘要
分析大容积气瓶的结构特点及定期检验过程中发现的缺陷案例;介绍了现行定期检验中瓶体直段及瓶口部位超声波检测的应用及案例;通过计算声场覆盖范围,采用相控阵、超声波衍射时差法(TOFD)对瓶肩(瓶颈)过渡段进行分区检测,并结合专用探头、试块进行工艺验证,实现自动化超声波检测在大容积无缝气瓶定期检验的全面积覆盖.
Analyzed here in the essay are the structural characteristics of the large volume,long gas cylinder,and the defect cases as identified during the periodic inspection thereof.Also described are the application and relvant cases of the ultrasonic detection method as used for the straight section and the top threaded section of the gas cylinder during the periodic inspection.After getting the sound field coverage calculated out,partition detections are performed to the transitional section of the bottle shoulder(bottle neck)by means of the phased array and the TOFD processes.Furthermore the process verification is conducted with the special probe and the reference block.As a result full-area coverage detection is realized during the periodic inspection to the large volume seamless steel gas cylinder with the automatic ultrasonic detection method.
