摘要
针对钢板预弯边形貌质量数据手工测量频次低、偏差大的问题,提出了一种预弯边形貌自动检测系统.在预弯机出口辊道两侧安装测量机构,高速激光轮廓传感器布置在测量机构支架上,从上向下测量预弯边的形貌.应用线性回归算法及最小二乘法识别预弯边的板边直线部分、中间圆弧部分、板体直线部分,并模拟人工手动测量方法计算得到预弯边的弦高及直边长度.现场应用结果表明:该自动检测系统可实现预弯边形貌质量数据的自动测量,测量精度及效率满足生产要求.
In order to solve the problem of low measur ement frequency and serious measurement deviation of the pre-bent edge shape quality data of the steel plate,as caused by the manual measurement.An automatic detection system of pre-bent edge shape is proposed as follows.A measuring mechanism is installed on both sides of the outlet roller table of pre-bending machine,and the high-speed contour laser sensor is arranged upon the support frame of the measuring mechanism so as to measure the shape of the pre-bent edge from the top to the bottom.The linear regression algorithm and least square methods are used to identify the straight line part and the middle arc part of the plate edge as well as the straight line part of the plate body of the pre-bent edge.And the chord height and straight edge length of the pre-bent edge are calculated by simulating the manual measurement method.The field application result shows that the said automatic measurement system is capable of automatic measurement of the pre-bent edge shape quality data with both the measurement accuracy and efficiency meeting the production requirements.
