鼠神经生长因子对脑梗死患者神经功能预后的影响分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的 观察鼠神经生长因子对脑梗死患者神经功能预后的影响.方法 选择2016年1月2017年10月脑梗死患者240例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各120 例.观察组在脑梗死常规治疗上加用鼠神经生长因子18μg/次,1次/d,肌肉注射,疗程共10d,对照组则仅给予脑梗死常规治疗.应用Barthel指数、改良的Rankin量表(mRS)及美国国立卫生研究院脑卒中量表(NIHSS)三个标准评价治疗前后神经功能恢复情况.结果 对照组治疗有效率43.3%,观察组有效率为86.6%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者治疗10d,NIHSS量表、mRS量表评分降低幅度高于对照组,Barthel指数评分升高幅度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);90d随访,mRS量表评分降低幅度高于对照组,Barthel指数评分升高幅度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).所有患者均未发生严重不良反应.结论 鼠神经生长因子对脑梗死患者神经功能预后有积极改善作用,提高患者日常生活自理能力,且药物应用安全. Objective To observe the effect of rat neural growth factor(NGF) on the neural function in acute ischemic stroke (AIS) patients. Methods 240 AIS patients admitted in Lanxi people’s Hospital during January 2016 to October 2017 were enrolled and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random allocation method,120 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with standard treatment of AIS plus NGF 18 ug,intramuscular injection once a day for consecutive 10 days,while the control group treated standardly. The Barthel index,modified Rankin scale (mRS) and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) were used to evaluate neurological function before and after treatment. Results The effective rate of treatment in the control group and treatment group was 43.3% vs. 86.6%(P<0.05). On the 10th day after admission the decreased level of NIHSS scale,mRS were higher in treatment group than that of control group while Barthel score increased (P<0.05). On 90th day,mRS decreased level and Barthel index score increased level were both higher in the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05). No serious adverse reactions were observed in 240 patients during the period. Conclusion NGF has a positive effect on the prognosis of neural function in AIS patients,and it improves the ability of daily life self-care,with safe application.
