不同产地延胡索中微量元素的主成分分析及健康风险评价

摘要 目的 建立快速高效的方法测定比较不同产地延胡索中微量元素,并客观评价延胡索中微量元素对长期服用患者的健康影响.方法 采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-OES)对延胡索中微量元素的含量进行测定,并应用主成分分析、健康风险评价等方法对其所含微量元素含量进行评价.结果 根据主成分分析法得到Zn、Se、Cu、Fe、Mn为延胡索药材的特征性微量元素,前4个主成分的特征值>1,累计贡献率为80.25%,综合评价公式为F=0.3149Z1+0.3016Z2+0.2081Z3+0.1754Z4,磐安新渥镇的排名较为靠前,不同产地延胡索均不具有健康风险.结论 ICP-OES法准确度高、线性范围宽、元素覆盖范围宽,可准确测定延胡索药材中的微量元素,为延胡索药材的研究与利用提供了依据. Objective To compare the trace elements in Rhizoma Corydalis from different producing areas,and objectively evaluate the influence of the microelements in Rhizoma corydalis with long-term patients.Methods Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-OES)was used to determine the content of trace elements in Rhizoma Corydalis,and the results were evaluated by principal component analysis and health risk assessment.Results According to principal component analysis(PCA),Zn,Se,Cu,Fe and Mn were obtained as characteristic trace elements of Rhizoma Corydalis.The eigenvalues of the first four principal components were greater than 1,and the cumulative contribution rate was 80.25%.The comprehensive evaluation formula was F=0.3149Z1+0.3016Z2+0.2081Z3+0.1754Z4,Xinwo Panan ranks higher,Corydalis from different areas had no health risk.Conclusion The method of ICP-OES has high accuracy,wide linear range and wide element coverage,which can accurately determine trace elements in Rhizoma Corydalis,and provides a basis for the research and utilization of Rhizoma Corydalis.
