摘要
目的 研究CLDN10基因的表达水平与甲状腺肿瘤发生发展的相关性.方法 观察2015年7月至2018年5月接受手术治疗的50例甲状腺结节患者、50例甲状腺癌、50例健康人的 CLDN10基因的表达水平,利用ELISA法及real time -PCR进行检测,并通过单因素方差分析以及多因素统计分析方法.结果 ELISA法测CLDN10蛋白甲状腺乳头状癌组阳性率(40%,P<0.05)明显高于甲状腺结节(0.06%,P<0.05)及正常健康人组(0.04%,P<0.05).CLDN10表达与甲状腺癌患者年龄、性别、肿瘤大小无相关性(P>0.05),与淋巴结转移(P<0.05)、是否浸润腺体(P<0.05)、钙化点(P<0.05)相关.结论 CLDN10基因的表达水平与甲状腺结节和甲状腺乳头状癌的发生、发展进行关联性研究,对于甲状腺结节和甲状腺乳头状癌的诊断、临床治疗及预后判断有重要意义.
Objective To study the correlation between the expression level of CLDN10 gene and the occurrence and development of thyroid tumors.Methods The expression levels of CLDN10 gene in 50 patients with thyroid nodules,50 patients with thyroid cancer and 50 healthy people who underwent operation from July 2015 to May 2017 were detected by ELISA and real time-PCR.The expression levels were analyzed by one-way ANOVA and multivariate statistical analysis.Results The positive rate of CLDN10 protein in thyroid carcinoma group(40%,P<0.05)was significantly higher than that in thyroid nodules(0.06%,P<0.05)and normal controls(0.04%,P<0.05).There was no correlation between CLDN10 expression and age,sex,tumor size of thyroid cancer patients(P>0.05),lymph node metastasis(P<0.05)and invasion of thyroid glands.(P<0.05)and calcification point(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression level of CLDN10 gene is correlated with the occurrence and development of thyroid nodules and thyroid carcinoma.It is useful for the diagnosis,prevention and clinical treatment of thyroid nodules and thyroid carcinoma.
