Objective:To investigate the effect of rosuvastatin on cardiac functions and myocardial injury in patients with acute coronary syndromes after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:80 patients with acute coronary syndromes admitted to our hospital from October 2015 to October 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,40 cases each. The patients in the control group were treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets(40 mg,qd),and the patients in the observation group were treated with rosuvastatin calcium tablets(20 mg,qd). The inflammatory factors and cardiac function indexes were compared between the two groups. Results:After treatment, the levels of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),troponin(cTnI),phosphocreatine kinase(CK-MB)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while the left ventricle ejection fraction(LVEF)was higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rosuvastatin treatment can effectively improve inflammatory factors and myocardial injury, improve cardiac functions and promote postoperative disease outcomes in the patients with acute coronary syndromes after PCI.
