摘要
绿色经济作为重庆食用菌发展的一个重要前提,重庆食用菌行业作为一个快速发展的行业,在绿色经济政策影响下,随着经济的发展,食用菌产业成为了重庆最有前景的新兴产业.但随着生产规模的壮大、销售渠道的拓宽,对于技术上的要求难度增强,使得重庆食用菌行业必须优化其人才结构,吸引大学生创新创业.而要想吸引大学生加入,重庆食用菌行业可以加强实习基地建设、构建'互联网+'的营销模式、建立创新创业服务平台三方面为大学生创新创业创造良好的环境,鼓励大学生创新创业.
Green economy is an important prerequisite for the development of edible fungi in ChongQing.As a rapidly developing industry,the edible fungi industry in ChongQing has become the most promising emerging industry in ChongQing with the economic development under the influence of green economic policies.Along with the growing scale of production,expand sales channels,requirement of technical difficulty,makes the edible fungi industry must optimize the talent structure,attract college students’innovative undertaking.In order to attract college students,the edible fungi industry in ChongQing can create a good environment for college students’innovation and entrepreneurship,and stimulate their innovation and entrepreneurship by strengthening the construction of internship base,building the Internet+marketing model and establishing an innovation and entrepreneurship service platform.
