对于缴费不到15年的第一代农民工,他们是养老保险滚存积累基金重要的贡献者,应该提升他们的养老保险待遇水平,建议同步设立调剂金制度,以彰显社会公平,弥补政策的缺陷与不足.
To capture to expend less than 15 years of the first generation of migrant workers,they are important contributor of accumulated endowment insurance funds,we should enhance the level of their endowment insurance treatment,and set up the administer system synchronously to manifest social fair,make up for the shortage and defect of policy.
