摘要
目的:总结早期综合康复对急性脑栓塞性脑梗患者的心理状态影响.方法:选取十堰市郧阳区中医院脑病科在2017年1月到2018年5月期间的急性脑栓塞性脑梗患者共60例,在患者知情的前提下随机分为两组,每组有患者30例,对照组患者实施的常规治疗方法进行干预,观察组患者给予的是早期的综合康复干预措施,观察两组患者的心理状况评分.结果:两组患者心理状况评分比较,实验明95.61±3.97分显优于对照组74.14±3.47分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:早期综合康复治疗能够显著改善急性脑栓塞性脑梗患者的临床症状,并促进患者身心康复,临床意义较大.
Objective:To explore the effect of early comprehensive rehabilitation on mental state of patients with acute cerebral infarction.METHODS:A total of 60 patients with acute cerebral embolism cerebral infarction from January 2017 to May 2018 were enrolled in the Department of Encephalopathy,Fuyang District Hospital of Shiyan City.They were randomly divided into two groups,each with Thirty patients were treated with conventional treatment methods in the control group.The patients in the observation group were given early comprehensive rehabilitation interventions to observe the psychological status scores of the two groups.RESULTS:The psychological status scores of the two groups were compared.The experimental results showed that 95.61±3.97 points were superior to the control group 74.14±3.47 points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early comprehensive rehabilitation therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with acute cerebral embolism and promote physical and psychological recovery of patients with clinical significance.
