摘要
目的: 检测贵州省10个产地枳椇子中重金属的含量.方法: 采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法 ( ICP-MS),参照2015版《中国药典》对10批黔产枳椇子中铅 (Pb)、镉 (Cd)、汞 (Hg)、砷 (As)、铜 (Cu) 进行测定.结果: 各元素线性关系均良好 (r>0. 998), 方法检出限为0. 008~0. 022 μg/L, 平均回收率为86. 2% ~103. 4% , 精密度的RSD值均小于4. 0%;Cu含量为5. 09 ~8. 01 mg/kg, As为0. 011 ~0. 039 mg/kg, Cd为0. 00216 ~0. 0157 mg/kg, Pb为0. 012 ~. 263 mg/kg, Hg为0. 008~0. 182 mg/kg. 10个产地枳椇子5种重金属残留量均在WM2-2001 《药用植物及制剂进出口绿色行业标准》、 2015 年版《中国药典》、 GB 14882 - 94 《食品中放射性物质限制浓度标准》限量指标范围内.结论: 本研究采用ICP-MS法检测枳椇子中5种重金属的含量, 揭示了贵州省不同产地枳椇子中5种重金属的含量情况, 为黔产枳椇子安全性评价提供基础数据.
Objective To detect the content of heavy metals in Hovenia acerba Lindl from 10 producing areas in Guizhou Province.Methods Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was used to refer to the 2015 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia for lead(Pb),cadmium(Cd),mercury(Hg),arsenic(As),and Copper(Cu)in 10 batches of Hovenia acerba Lindl was measured.Results The results showed that the linearity of each element was good(r>0.998),the detection limit of the method was 0.0008~0.022μg/L,the average recovery was 86.2%~103.4%,the RSD value of the precision was less than 4.0%Cu content is 5.09~801 mg/kg,As is 0.011~0.039 mg/kg,Cd is 0.00216~0.0157 mg/kg,Pb is 0.012~0.263 mg/kg,Hg is 0.008~0.182 mg/kg.The residues of five heavy metals in 10 producing Hovenia acerba Lindl were within the limits of the WM2-2001 Green Industry Standard for Import and Export of Medicinal Plants and Preparations,the 2015 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,and the GB 14882-94 Limitation Standard for Radioactive Substances in Food.Conclusion This study used ICP-MS method to detect the content of five heavy metals in Hovenia acerba Lindl,and revealed the contents of five heavy metals in Hovenia acerba Lindl from different habitats in Guizhou Province,which provided certain stability for the further safety study of Hovenia acerba Lindl.This grovides the basic data for the safety evaluation of Hovenia acerba Lindl in Guizhou Province.
