摘要
我国医师高级职称评审涉及的科研条件主要有分类管理、等值替换和等级选择几种模式,总体上这一评审制度存在着弹性设置过粗、临床业绩与科研工作替换性差、可替换性指标欠缺、等级选择方式存在问题等不足.为了进一步完善人才评价机制,改进管理服务方式,促进医师高级职称评审制度的优化,应该注重评审指标的等值替换和量化转换机制,探索设计可替换性指标,进一步细化分类标准,设置科研业绩破格条件.
The flexible setting of the scientific research achievement for the evaluation of senior medical professional titles in China mainly includes classification management, equivalence replacement and grade selection. In general, this evaluation system has several limitations, including not specific enough, poor replacement of clinical performance to traditional academic achievement, missing replacement indicator, and unimproved grade selection. In order to further improve the talent evaluation mechanism, improve the management service mode, and promote the optimization of the doctor’s senior professional title evaluation system, we should try to design an evaluation mechanism that emphasizes the equivalence replacement and quantitative replacement, explore the design of replacement indicators, and further refine the classification criteria and set the exceptional conditions for scientific research performance.
