摘要
肝衰竭能够导致血清内内毒素、胆红素等代谢产物大量蓄积,继之对其他脏器功能造成影响而引起一系列并发症,最终导致多器官功能损害而死亡。人工肝治疗肝衰竭先后出现过血液透析,交叉输血,活性炭全血灌流、血浆吸附、血浆置换、整体洗涤、血液透析加吸附等多种非生物治疗方法,以及体外培养肝细胞为中心的近代生物型及杂交生物型方法,其中单纯血浆置换具有简单、易行、有效等特点。
Hepatic failure can lead to accumulation of endotoxin and bilirubin in serum metabolites,and then affect other viscera function and cause a series of complications,eventually lead to multiple organ damage and death.Artificial liver treatment of liver failure has been blood dialysis,cross blood transfusions,whole blood perfusion,blood plasma activated carbon adsorption,plasma exchange,whole washing,blood dialysis and adsorption,and other non biological treatment,and in vitro liver cells at the center of modern biological model and hybrid model method,with simple plasma exchange has the characteristics of simple,easy and effective.
