摘要
目的:观察中药熏洗联合蜈黛软膏治疗手部慢性湿疹的疗效。方法将入选的105例手部慢性湿疹患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组、对照组,治疗组予中药熏洗后再外搽蜈黛软膏并封包1 h,对照组外用复方酮康唑软膏,对比两组疗效。结果治疗组有效率89.09%,对照组有效率64.00%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论中药熏洗联合蜈黛软膏治疗手部慢性湿疹有效。
Objective To observe effects of Chinese Fumigation and washing plus the Wudai ointment in the treatment of chronic eczema efficacy.Methods Selected 105 cases of hand chronic eczema patients according to the random number table method were divided into treatment group,control group,treatment group were treated by traditional Chinese medicine fumigation again Waicha Wudai ointment and packet 1H,and the control group were treated with compound ketoconazole ointment,efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results In the treatment group,the effective rate was 89.09%,control group,the effective rate was 64.00%,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Chinese medicine fumigation washing combined with the Wudai ointment in the treatment of hand of chronic eczema is effective.
