摘要
目的:探讨血清胱抑素C 检测糖尿病肾病早期诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2014年04月~2015年10月我院收治的糖尿病肾病患者86例及单纯糖尿病患者120例,另选同期来院体检健康者的80例,采用免疫透射比浊法检测三组血清胱抑素C 水平。结果糖尿病肾病组血清CYS-C 水平及CYS-C 阳性率均明显高于单纯糖尿病组及健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清胱抑素C 具有较好的灵敏度,是反映患者肾功能损伤的理想指标,对糖尿病肾病的早期诊断具有较好临床价值。
Objective To evaluate the value of serum cystatin c detected early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.Methods April 2014-October 2015 diabetic patients in our hospital 86 cases,and 120 cases of simple diabetic patients,alternative to the hospital 80 cases of healthy subjects of the same period,the use of immune turbidimetric method detected three groups of serum cystatin cystatin C levels.Results Diabetic nephropathy CYS-C serum levels and CYS-C positive group was significantly higher than that of diabetes and healthy control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum cystatin C has good sensitivity and is ideal for patients with renal impairment indicators reflect,with better clinical value of early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.
