摘要
目的:探讨封闭式负压引流治疗骨外科疾病合并高血压患者的护理方法及护理效果。方法选自2015年1月~10月我院收治的骨外科疾病合并高血压患者60例,采取随机分成两组的方式,分别命名为观察组和对照组。对两组患者均进行封闭式负压引流治疗,在此基础上,对观察组患者实施护理干预,对对照组患者实施常规护理。结果观察组患者护理有效率、生活质量高于对照组患者,创面愈合优于对照组患者。结论将护理干预法应用于骨外科疾病合并高血压患者护理中,护理效果显著,安全可靠,可进行临床广泛性推广。
Objective The closed suction drainage treatment and nursing care benefits bone surgical disease in patients with hypertension.Methods 60 patients were selected from January 2015 to October 2015 in our hospital surgical bone disease and hypertension,randomized into two groups to take the way,were named as the observation group and the control group.2 groups of patients were closed suction drainage treatment,based on the observation of nursing intervention in patients for routine care for patients in the control group.Results The observation group was patient care,quality of life was higher in patients with wound healing than the control group patients.Conclusion Nursing intervention method will be applied to bone surgery disease complicated by hypertension patient care,nursing significant effect,safe and reliable,extensive clinical promotion.
