摘要
总结1例人工股骨头置换伴气管切开术长期带管患者的护理经验。护理重点:术后6h内密切观察患者的生命体征,重点是呼吸状况,防止脱位,预防感染,做好气管套管的消毒工作,加强心理护理。该患者恢复顺利,术后10d下地走路,肢体功能基本恢复,未发生关节脱位。
To summarize 1 case of artificial femoral head replacement with tracheotomy nursing experience of patients with long-term tube summary.The key points of nursing included:after 6 hours,and closely observe the patient's vital signs,especial y respiratory conditions,preventing dislocation,infection prevention,disinfection work of tracheal cannula,strengthen the psychological nursing.The patient recovered wel,walk 10 days postoperative limb function recovery,basic,no joint dislocation.
