摘要
网织红细胞是未完全成熟的红细胞,是反映骨髓造备功能的重要指标。全血细胞分析仪给我们提供了网织红细胞更多的参数,这些参数对多种疾病的诊断,治疗及监测有竟要的意义。尤其在贫血的诊断和治疗后评估骨髓造血反应方面有着重要的作用。
Reticulocyte is not ful y mature red blood cel s,is an important index reflecting bone mar ow preparation function.Whole blood cel analyzer provides us with reticulocyte parameters of red blood cel more,diagnosis of these parameters on various diseases,have the significance to the treatment and monitoring.Especial y in the diagnosis and treatment of anemia after the assessment of bone mar ow hematopoietic reaction plays an important role.
