摘要
目的探索品管圈管理工具在降低产妇离院延迟率中的应用。方法成立品管圈活动小组,按照品管圈活动步骤,分析住院产妇发生离院延迟的要因,针对性地拟定对策并进行实施。结果应用品管圈活动对产妇出院当天的治疗、出院指导、出院证的办理等流程进行了改善优化,使产妇离院延迟率从54.88%降低到13.33%。结论应用品管圈能有效降低产妇离院延迟率,提高了患者和家属的满意度,提高了护士主动参与病房管理,主动发现临床问题及解决问题的能力,增强了护士的主人翁精神和职业成就感。
Objective Exploring the application of management tools in reducing puerpera's hospital discharge delay rate.Methods Set ing up a Quality Control Circle(QCC)activity group,according to the group's steps,analyzing the cause of the puerpera's hospital discharge delay rate,and pointedly to plan and implement.Results To use this QCC activity,it's more convenient for nurse to give puerpera a treatment of the hospital discharge day,and their discharging guide.It can also help maternal dependents complete the discharging formalities more simply.It makes puerpera's hospital discharge delay rate from 54.88%to 13.33%.Conclusion Using the QCC can reduce the puerpera's hospital discharge delay rate availably,improving the puerperas and dependents'satisfacation.For nurse,they increased their ability of ward management,observing and solving problems initiatively.What's more,it strengthens our nurses the sense of the professional achievement.
