摘要
目的:探讨尿液白细胞的临床检验结果。方法选取我院在2010年6月~2013年10月间收治的492例患者,对其尿液显微镜镜检白细胞方法和尿液分析仪白细胞反应方法进行检验,并评估两种检验方法的符合程度。结果采用尿液镜检结果显示,尿液分析仪检验194例呈阳性反应,镜检发现白细胞161例,无白细胞33例;尿液分析仪298例呈阴性反应,镜检发现白细胞251例,白细胞阳性47例,两种检测方法的结果有显著差异。结论临床上采用尿液分析仪及显微镜镜检进行临床检验的效果较好,应当联合应用。
Objective Explore the clinical urine white blood cel test results.Methods Tested were urine microscopy method of white blood cel s and urine analyzer white blood cel reaction method on the col ected urine of 492 patients in our hospital treated between June 2010 and October 2013.Results Urine microscopy results showed that white blood cel s were found in 161cases and not found in 33 cases among positive cases by urine analyzer.Among negative cases by urine analyzer,white blood cel s were found in 47 cases and not found in 251 cases.There was a significant dif erence in the results of the two detection methods.Conclusion Urine analyzer and microscopy examination of the urine white blood cel shoud be combined for reliable results.
