摘要
目的:观察注射用鼠神经生长因子联合腺苷钴胺治疗面神经炎的疗效。方法将60例面神经炎的患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,治疗组给予鼠神经生长因子联合腺苷钴胺肌注。对照组仅用腺苷钴胺肌注,两组均给予地塞米松、地巴唑、肌肝、维生素B6扩血管治疗。结果治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义,<0.05。治疗组有效率86.7%,对照组有效率73.3%。结论注射用鼠神经生长因子联合腺苷钴胺治疗面神经炎疗效较好。
Objective The ef ect of mouse nerve growth factor combined with cobamamide in treatment of facial neuritis observed injection.Methods 60 cases of facial paralysis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 30 cases in each group,treatment group was treated with mouse nerve growth factor combined with cobamamide in intramuscular injection.The control group were treated only with cobamamide intramuscular injection,two groups were given dexamethasone,Dibazol,creatinine,vitamin B6 vasodilator therapy.Results The curative ef ect of treatment group was superior to the control group,the dif erence was statistical y significant,<0.05.The ef ective rate of treatment group was 86.7%,the ef ective rate of control group 73.3%.Conclusion Injection of mouse nerve growth factor combined with cobamamide bet er treatment of facial neuritis.
