摘要
目的:探讨急性心肌梗死溶栓治疗的临床观察与护理措施。方法对40例急性心肌梗死溶栓患者进行前、中、后各项护理。结果40例患者均痊愈出院,未发生严重不良反应。结论急性心肌梗死患者行溶栓治疗给予精心护理,效果显著,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical observation of thrombolysis in acute myocardial infarction treatment and nursing measures.Methods 40 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction(mi)thrombolysis take before,during and after the treatment.Results 40 patients were recovered and discharged,no serious adverse reaction.Conclusion Acute myocardial infarction patients thrombolysis treatment given careful nursing,obvious ef ect,is worthy of popularization and application.
