摘要
免疫组织化学染色方法是根据抗原抗体特异性结合,通过荧光或化学显色检测细胞或组织中抗原的含量和分布,具有特异性强、灵敏度高和定位准确等特点。本文主要从抗体孵育条件、设置合理对照、固定液的洗脱、抗原修复和洗片等步骤讨论如何做好免疫组织化学染色。
Immunohistochemical staining method is to detect the content and distribution of antigens in cells or tissues by fluorescence or chemical coloration according to specific antigen antibody binding,with characteristic of specificity,high sensitivity and accurate localization and so on.This article discussed how to do immunohistochemical staining wel from several aspects,such as antibody incubation conditions,appropriate controls,elution of fixative,antigen retrieval and washing.
