摘要
目的:探讨采用T型钢板内固定法治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折的临床疗效。方法随机选取我院2010年8月~2013年4月收治的桡骨远端不稳定骨折患者70例,将其随机平均分配为试验组和对照组,试验组患者行T型钢板内固定治疗,对照组患者行传统牵引复位外固定术进行治疗。结果试验组患者的治疗优良率(91.4%)明显高于对照组患者(68.6%),差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论采用T型钢板内固定对桡骨远端不稳定骨折患者进行治疗,疗效显著,有利于改善患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the clinical results of the treatment of unstable distal radius fractures with T plate internal fixation method.Methods Randomly selected in our hospital from 2010 August to 2013 April were unstable distal radius fractures in patients with 70 cases,which were randomly assigned into experimental group and control group,treatment group treated with T plate internal fixation,the patients in control group received traditional traction reduction and external fixation for the treatment of.Results The treatment group with excellent and good rate(91.4%)was significantly higher than that in control group(68.6%patients),the dif erence was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The T plate internal fixation for unstable distal radius fractures were treated,curative ef ect is distinct,improves the quality of life of patients.
