摘要
目的探讨自制牙弓夹板固定外伤松动牙和脱位牙的临床效果。方法利用自制牙弓夹板对外伤松动牙和脱位牙进行复位固定。结果32例患者中,24例松动牙和7例脱位牙治疗有效,1例失败,有效率96.8%。结论采用自制牙弓夹板对外伤松动牙和脱位牙进行复位固定,是一种可靠有效地方法。
Objective To study the clinical ef ect of self-made dental arch splints in fixing the loose teeth and dislocated teeth being damaged.Methods To put back and fix the loose teeth and dislocated teeth being damaged by using self-made dental arch splints.Results In the 32 patients,24 cases of loose teeth and 7 cases of dislocated teeth are ef ective fixed,1case failed,the effective rate was 96.8%.Conclusion For the loose teeth and dislocated teeth being damaged,the fixing by using self-made dental arch splints is reliable and ef ective method.
