摘要
门诊药房是医院的重要组成部分,也是门诊患者就诊的最后环节,门诊药房处方调剂的工作质量将直接影响到患者能否取到正确、合理的药品。由于多种因素的共同作用,门诊药房调剂差错的情况仍偶有发生,因此药房管理人员需采取有效措施以进一步降低处方调剂差错的发生率。
The outpatient pharmacy is an important part of hospital,the last link is in outpatient department,outpatient pharmacy dispensing work quality wil directly af ect the patients can get the correct,reasonable drug.Because of many factors,the outpatient pharmacy dispensing errors were stil occasional y occur,therefore the pharmacy managers need to take ef ective measures to further reduce the incidence of prescription dispensing errors.
