摘要
蜂蛰伤是南方常见的急症,症状轻至仅局部皮肤红肿,重至全身脏器衰竭死亡。第一时间的救治方案严重影响着改急症的治疗、影响和预后。我部医疗机构位于中国南方,野外训练、作业多,蜂蛰伤常见,在一线救治上有较丰富的经验,今将近2年我部42例蜂蛰伤的病情、救治方法和预后作总结分析,希望对基层蜂蛰伤的救治有参考意义。
