摘要
目的探讨产科DIC的诊断和有效的救治方法,降低DIC的死亡率。方法对我院收治的6例产科DIC的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果6例患者经积极治疗无死亡病例,围产儿情况6例中,1例孕31+2 w死胎引产,1例因完全性前置胎盘,阴道大流血,胎死宫内,行剖宫取胎术,4例足月活婴。结论 DIC的救治中,早期诊断,及时去除病因,是抢救成功的关键,合理的使用肝素也至关重要。
Objective To investigate the diagnosis of DIC and ef ective treatment,reducing the mortality rate of DIC.Methods The clinical data of 6 cases of obstetric DIC in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results 6 cases of patients with no death case of active treatment,perinatal situation in 6 cases,1 cases of pregnancy 31+2 weeks fetus induced labor,1 cases with complete placenta previa,vaginal bleeding,intrauterine fetal death,for hysterotomy.4 cases of ful-term infant.Conclusion Early diagnosis and treatment of etiology,DIC,removed in time,is the key to successful treatment,rational use of heparin is also important.
