摘要
目的探讨预防性护理干预对重症脑卒中患者肠内营养实施的影响。方法选择本院征症脑卒中实施肠内营养的患者120例,随机分为两组,对照组60例进行肠内营养(EN)的常规护理,实验组进行预防性护理干预。分别对两组患者进行相关生化指标测定、观察并发症及治疗效果。结果采用预防性护理干预措施后,实验组血清蛋白、前白蛋白等指标明显优于对照组(<0.05),且并发症发生率低。结论通过有效的预防干预,可显著减少重症脑卒中患者EN并发症的发生,改善其营养状况,有利于患者康复。
Objective To explore the preventive nursing intervention on severe impact on the implementation of enteral nutrition in patients with cerebral apoplexy.Methods In our hospital sign implementation of enteral nutrition in patients with cerebral apoplexy disease 120 cases,randomly divided into two groups,control group of 60 patients with enteral nutrition(EN)routine nursing care,experimental group preventive nursing intervention.Respectively on two groups of patients with relevant biochemical index determination,observation of complications and therapeutic ef ect.Results After adopting preventive nursing intervention measures,the indices such as serum albumin,prealbumin obviously bet er than that of control group(<0.05),and low complication rates.Conclusion Through ef ective preventive intervention,can significantly reduce severe EN complications in patients with cerebral apoplexy,improve their nutritional status,help patients recover.
