摘要
目的探讨社区居民健康教育的方式、方法,提高社区居民的生活质量。方法对社区居民设置健康教育[1]评估表,教育内容包括生活方式、行为、药物、饮食和功能锻炼。结果通过健康教育社区居民掌握了基本的自我护理技能,改变不良的生活习惯和行为方式,养成健康行为,不同成度提高了生活质量。结果有效可行的社区居民健康教育对提高居民的生活质量起着重要的作用。
