依托咪酯复合丙泊酚在老年患者无痛肠镜中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察依托咪酯复合丙泊酚在老年患者无痛肠镜中应用效果。方法将210例要求行无痛肠镜检查的老年患者随机分为 A、B、C三组,各70例。 A组:丙泊酚组:按1.5~2mg/kg静脉诱导;B组:先静脉推注丙泊酚0.8~1mg/kg,之后继续静注依托咪酯0.15mg/kg;C组:依托咪酯0.25~0.3mg/kg。三组患者静注药物待睫毛反射消失后进镜,密切观察麻醉前及麻醉后各时间点三组患者的血压、HR、SpO2、肌颤情况、检查时间、术后苏醒时间及不良反应的发生情况。结果血压、SpO2:A组麻醉前后有显著性差异(P<0.05);麻醉后B、C两组血压、HR、SpO2比较稳定;与A组比较,两组指标变化均显著(P<0.05);肌颤:C组出现肌颤机率较 A、B组明显高(P<0.05),术后清醒时间:与A、B组比较,C组清醒时间明显延长。结论在老年患者无痛肠镜检查中依托咪酯复合丙泊酚可明显降低术中循环和呼吸抑制的发生率,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。
