摘要
目的:探讨剖宫产术后腹部切口脂肪液化的原因及预防治疗措施。方法对2008年9月~2013年9月在我院行剖宫产术并发生剖宫产术后腹部切口脂肪液化43例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果43例剖宫产术后腹部切口脂肪液化患者中体重指数过高28例占65.1%,贫血营养欠佳4例占9.3%,手术时间过长及非术者缝合5例占11.6%,高频使用电刀2例占4.6%,阴道试产时间较长4例占9.3%。结论剖宫产术后腹部切口脂肪液化是多种因素综合作用的结果,通过提高手术操作技术水平、尽量减少手术时间、合理使用电刀、做好保健工作防止体重指数过高、积极治疗妊娠合并症、加强产房管理及时纠正危险因素,以减少切口脂肪液化的发生。
Objective to expolore the reason for abdominal incision fat liquefaction after cesarean and the prevention and treatment measures.Method:A retrospective analysis was carried out to clinical data of 43 patients who have had abdominal incision fat liquefaction after desarean in our hospital during the period of Sep 2008 to Sep 2013.Results:among the 43 patients,there are 28 people whose BMI is too high,accounting for 65.1%;4 people who have anemia or poor nutrition,accounting for 9.3%;5 people whose cesarean operation is too long and has non-surgeonsutures,accounting for 11.6%;2 people who were treated with high-frequency electric knife,accounting for 4.6%,and 4 people who has quite long vaginal trial production,accounting for 9.3%.Conclusion:Cesarean abdominal incision fat liquefaction is the result of many factors,however,the chances can be lowered by shortening operations hours via improving operation skil s and levels,proper use of electric knife when necessary,patients'good health care to prevent excessive body mass index,aggressive treatment of pregnancy complications,and strengthening of the delivery roommanagement to correct the risk factors in a timely manner.
