摘要
目的:分析衡山县HIV/AIDS流行现状及影响因素,寻找控制措施。方法分析艾滋病综合防治信息系统衡山县的资料,及全县艾滋病监测的实验室资料。结果2003年报告首例HIV抗体阳性,至2013年10月累计报告105例。2010~2013年共累计报告96例,占总数的91.43%;职业以农民为主71例,占67.62%;年龄以50岁以上的中老年人为主59例,占56.19%;经性传播92例,占87.63%;地区分布以县城及周边乡镇为主61例,占58.10%。结论 HIV/AIDS疫情已进入快速增长期,性传播为主,应扩大宣传教育,扩大高危人群干预,扩大检测。
Objective:to analyze the prevalence status and influencing factors of HIV/AIDS in Hengshan County,and looking for control measures as wel.Method:analysis the data from AIDS prevention information system of Hengshan County,and the laboratory data from Hengshan AIDS monitoring system.Results:The first HIV antibody positive case was reported in 2003,a total of 105 cases were reported to October of 2013.From 2010 to 2013,a total of 96 cases were reported,accounting for 91.43%of the total;Sort by occupation,71 cases from farmers,accounting for 67.62%;more than 56.19 percent of infected person are over 50;Total 92 cases were infected by the sexual transmission,accounted for 87.63%;total 61 infected case were located in county and the surrounding township,accounting for 58.10%.Conclusion:the HIV/AIDS epidemic has entered a period of rapid growth,the primary route of infection is sexual y transmit ed.We should through extensive publicity and education activities,expand the high-risk groups intervention,expand the sample testing.
