摘要
本文从探索县级公立医院后勤服务的社会化管理模式的视点,通过总结两年来有效实施的医院后勤服务社会化实践经验和体会,认为实施社会服务化管理模式可以精简医院后勤管理机构,节约后勤编制,降低后勤服务成本,提高服务效率和服务质量,应用市场化手段,建立优质、高效、低耗、快捷的医院后勤保障系统,是公立医院改革的一项有益尝试。
this paper explores county public hospital rear service socialization management point of view,the implementation of ef ective through the two years practice of socialization of hospital logistic service experience and experience,that the implementation of social service management mode can be streamlining of hospital logistic management,saving logistics system,reduce logistics cost,improve the service ef iciency and service quality,using market means,to establish the hospital logistics guarantee system of high quality,ef icient,low cost,quick,is a beneficial at empt to the reform of public hospitals.
