辛伐他汀对2型糖尿病肾病患者P-选择素和C-肽的影响

摘要 目的:探讨辛伐他汀对2型糖尿病肾病患者P-选择素和C-肽的影响。方法将54例2型糖尿病肾病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。分别测定各组治疗前后血脂变化、P选择素及C-肽含量以及尿白蛋白排泄率。结果两组间血脂水平、P选择素及C-肽含量以及尿白蛋白排泄率水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.01)。结论辛伐他汀除了降脂途径外,还可通过降低P-选择素表达水平、升高C-肽表达水平发挥肾脏保护作用,可能成为其治疗糖尿病肾病新的靶点。 Objective:To investigate the af ect of Simvastatin on P-selectin and C-peptide in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Methods:54 cases of type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients were divided into treatment group and control group randomly.Each group were measured of lipid changes,P-selectin and C-peptide levels and urinary albumin excretion rate before and after treatment.Results:The dif erence of serum lipid levels,P-selectin and C-peptide levels and urinary albumin excretion rate between the two groups was statistical y significant(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.01).Conclusions:In addition to lipid-lowering ways,simvastatin but also reducing the levels of P-selectin expression,elevated levels of C-peptide expression to play a protective role with kidney,and it may become a new target for treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
